• We provide coaching, therapy, and counseling tailored to your needs.
• Every session is a safe, judgment-free space for your growth.

2. Your Role in This Journey

• Show up authentically and openly—this is your time.
• Be respectful of yourself and others in group settings.

3. Payments & Scheduling

• Sessions are booked in advance and payment confirms your slot.
• If finances are a concern, reach out—we’re happy to explore options.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Life happens! If you need to cancel, just let us know 24 hours in advance (see our cancellation policy below).
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged, but we always consider genuine emergencies with care.

5. Confidentiality & Trust

• Your sessions are strictly confidential—your personal growth is yours alone.
• The only exception is if we believe you are in immediate danger or required by law.

6. Changes & Updates

We may update these terms as needed and will notify you of any important changes.
