Results vary based on the individual. Many clients notice shifts within 4 to 8 sessions, with deeper transformations happening over 3 to 6 months.

9. What’s your approach in a session?

Each session is customised to your needs, combining different therapeutic tools. We don’t follow a rigid structure; instead, we ensure the session flows naturally based on where you are and what you need at that moment.

10. Do you offer therapy for clinical disorders?

We do not provide clinical therapy or medical diagnosis. If you need treatment for conditions like clinical depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia, we recommend consulting a licensed clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. However, we can work alongside your healing journey to help with mindset shifts and emotional regulation.

11. What is integrative psychotherapy, and how is it different from counseling?

Integrative psychotherapy combines multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches (please visit our home page to check the approaches we use) to create a personalised improvement journey. Integrative psychotherapy helps with changing/rewiring thought patterns, healing deep-seated beliefs, and creating long-term mindset shifts.
