Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2025 (updated)

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, we want to be flexible while also respecting our time together.

1. If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule

A 24-hour notice allows us to offer your slot to someone else.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, full session fee will be applicable.

2. No-Shows

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you miss a session without prior notice,  the session fee will still apply as our time is reserved exclusively for you.

3. Cancellations by Us

If we need to reschedule, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives.

4. Refunds

Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you miss a session without notice and do not respond to our follow-up, the session fee will be non-refundable.
